Corrections are the most welcome kind of message. Every number on this site is traceable to a source, so if one disagrees with your book, that is either a real error worth fixing or an edition difference worth explaining on the page.

How to reach Muhammad Farhan

Two routes, no more, so that the list stays short enough to actually be read. Email is the better one for anything that should leave a written record.

hello@5epointbuy.com
The best route for anything that needs a written record: a correction to a figure on the site, a question about how one was worked out, or a copyright notice.
LinkedIn
A second route if email is inconvenient, and the one to use if you would rather the conversation were not over email at all.

There is no contact form here on purpose. A form needs a server to receive it, a filter to keep the spam out and a mailbox somebody keeps alive, and none of that belongs on a site that is otherwise a folder of static files. The link above goes straight to a person.

What to expect

What to expect, so nothing is sent to the wrong place or waited on for the wrong reason.

  • This is a one-person site, so replies are not instant. A factual correction to a rules page is the thing most likely to get a fast one.
  • Nothing sent here is added to a mailing list, because there is no mailing list. There is no newsletter to be signed up to and no marketing to opt out of.
  • If you have found a number on the site that disagrees with your book, please say which book and which page. Every figure here is traceable to a source, so a disagreement is either a real error worth fixing or a difference between editions worth explaining.
  • Rules questions about your own character are better asked of your table. This site can tell you what a score costs; it cannot tell you what your DM will allow.
  • Copyright and takedown notices are handled through the process set out on the terms page, not through a direct message.
